Following are some details about our in house facilities.
a) Development Workshop:
Our development workshop has the capability of developing new and original ideas pertinent to the needs of our clients and translating them into cost effective product designs that are well suited for mass production.
b) Light Manufacturing:
Pronto also undertakes projects involving light manufacturing and has invested in a variety of in-house facilities including Gold Plating, Welding and a setup to handle value added acrylic products.
This backwards integration has helped us in attaining significant cost advantages and reduced lead times, not to mention our price competitiveness.
c) Assembly Line:
In order to ensure optimum quality, confidentiality and cost savings, we also have a flexible (ranging from 10 to 200 workers) in-house assembly line. Our highly skilled permanent workers have been trained to handle a host of different products including the sophisticated skills of electronics assembly to basic skills like buffing, polishing and packaging.
Our peak time workforce employment went as high as 232. The ability to hire, train and assimilate temporary workforce is one of our greatest assets.
d) WoodWork Facility:
We also have in-house woodwork facility that takes care of manufacturing as well as product development required for wooden items. When necessary, this enables us to make prototypes to ensure quality and efficient designs for production.
